When to take PuraGold?
PuraGold can be taken in at any time. In theory, the absorption would be the best when taken with empty stomach. However it is much relying on the individual condition. Some may feel better to take PuraGold in the morning or evening with meals. Individuals who experience better quality of sleep after taking PuraGold may take it in the evening, while some may find PuraGold mind-refreshing and can take it in daytime. The best is to generate it as a habit to take in PuraGold on daily basis.

In general, PuraGold would not interact with most western medicines including anti-hypertensive and diabetes medicines. In the cases of blood thinning agents and/or immuno-suppressant medicines, please advice to intake with an interval of 2 hours.
Can serious illness patient intake PuraGold? What dosage?
Should the patient has purchased PuraGold, suggest taking 2 capsules per day. If not, Encozac would be a better choice.
Whether children can intake PuraGold?
Children below age of 9 will suggest consulting their respective family doctors.
Whether pregnant and nursing lady can intake PuraGold?
